We were fortunate to first meet Carlos in 2004 when he worked for and installed some commercial grade exercise equipment in our home. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable regarding all the mechanics of the equipment being installed. We got to talking about what we should do if we needed repairs; had questions about the equipment; and, if we should move how would we dismantle the items. He assisted us with all of the above and forever cemented a long relationship of trust and professionalism. He even went as far as to negotiate a fair price for services in exchange for moving and re-installing our equipment in our new home in Draper, Utah, in 2009.
People like Carlos are rare to find in business these days. To say that he is fair is an absolute. To say that he is beyond reproach regarding trust in his work ethics and integrity is a great gift that we were able be recipients of.
